Katie Woodard
A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Katie graduated from Ooltewah High School, earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a law degree from the Nashville School of Law.

Katie is licensed in Tennessee and advises clients in a variety of legal matters, including business disputes, family law, criminal defense, and general litigation.

Katie is committed to both her community and clients. She is a passionate advocate for those she represents. Katie excels at building strong, lasting relationships with clients because she is straightforward, personable, reliable, and accessible. Katie’s approach to every client is unique and realistic. She takes time to understand their goals or concerns and tailors solutions that best meet their objectives.
While in law school, Katie made the dean’s list each academic year, and, upon graduation, was inducted into the Honorable Society of Cooper’s Inn - an achievement awarded to those who graduate in the top 10 percent of their class. Katie finished third in her law school class and participated as a student attorney in the Nashville School of Law Family Law and Juvenile Clinic in coordination with the Davidson County Juvenile Court.
Katie and her family live in Chattanooga. In her free time, Katie enjoys trying new restaurants with her husband, taking her child on adventures, and walking her dogs.
